One of the reasons the Appalachian Festival is so popular is because of the demographic make-up of this entire area. It has been estimated that over 300,000 people from this area have Appalachian roots.--Allison Raisor
Every spring in Cincinnati USA. What has become one of Cincinnati's most popular annual festivals -- The Appalachian Festival-- began 31 years ago in the basement of Cincinnati's Music Hall as a quaint crafts' exhibition developed by the Cincinnati Junior League.
