Paddlefest Weekend begins on Thursday, June 20 with the Kids Outdoor Adventure Expo This year’s expo will be divided into 4 villages that include Let’s Move, Let’s Explore, Let’s Go Green and Let’s Splash! Kids can learn about everything from fishing to paddling to Zumba, Tai Chi, recycling, water safety, bike safety, gardening and much more!
On Friday, June 21, the Ohio River Music & Outdoor Festival takes place in the picnic grove at Coney Island. Listen to live music from 5 great bands, participate in the kayak fishing contest, cardboard boat races, Paddlefest Mini Dragon Boat Races, and more.
Paddle the Ohio on Saturday, June 22 on the 8.2 mile float trip, 11 mile Amateur race or the 14 mile Pro race.
