Santaland at Sharon Woods
The Sharon Centre at Sharon Woods is full of holiday magic with family-friendly entertainment including a train display, visits with Santa, sweet treats and shopping at Nature's Niche. Dickens Carolers regale you and yours with traditional holiday melodies, and you can even drive through more than a mile of seasonal lights at Holiday in Lights before visiting Santaland. Cincideutsch Christkindmarkt on Fountain Square
'Tis the season for shopping! Browse and buy holiday sweets, European baked goods, handmade gifts and seasonal decorations at this traditional German Christmas market held annually on Fountain Square. And don't forget to warm up with some Gluhwein (a.k.a. hot spiced wine). The market is presented by Cincideutsch, a group of German-speaking Cincinnatians who celebrate their German heritage and the city's through events such as this. Macy’s Downtown Dazzle on Fountain Square
Where can you see Santa, a reindeer and an elf rappel down the side of the building? On Fountain Square, of course! Enjoy family-friendly free fun with the aforementioned rappelling Santa, live holiday music by local choirs, and a fireworks display to cap it all off. After the program, take to the ice on the Fountain Square Ice Rink (admission fee and skate rental applies) or head across the street to Macy's Fountain Place to meet with Santa and enjoy story time with Mrs. Claus. Kick off the holiday season with more than 100 horse-drawn carriages parading through the historic town of Lebanon (1 pm and 7 pm). Visit with food and craft vendors before or after the parades, shop the local antique stores, and you can even visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. December 2, 2017.

Get all your holiday shopping done in a festive and fun atmosphere at Music Hall. The market features more than 90 crafters, artists and designers from around the country. Christmas Town at Creation Museum
Each year the Creation Museum turns its botanical garden into a dazzling Garden of Lights with thousands of lights and new designs each year. Housed inside a climate-controlled building with views of the river, Carol Ann's Carousel is a fun activity for the family any day of the year.
