In September 2007, Linda Antus was appointed the first female President/CEO of the unprecedented collaborative business organization, the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network, Inc. (RTN).

This industry-unique Destination Marketing Organization is one of Cincinnati’s best examples of successful regionalism for the 15-county, 3-state MSA.   Founded in 2005, the RTN drives results through consumer-centric, research-driven leisure marketing and has successfully exceeded the organization’s primary goal of growing overnight visitors and creating economic impact and vitality for the Cincinnati region, together with its collaborative Convention and Visitors Bureau partners in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

President/CEO Antus has an extensive background encompassing over 30 years as an award-winning strategic marketer with results-driven experience in entertainment, attraction and destination marketing for such globally recognized brands as HBO, Cinemax and Madison Square Garden in New York City and the Herschend Family Entertainment Company, the largest privately held entertainment company in the world, with properties in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia and Missouri.

Throughout her career, Ms. Antus has shown exceptional leadership in applying her strategic marketing and research prowess in understanding the customer’s wants and needs and matching it with the assets and benefits of the respective experience economy product she has been representing. Through strategic alliances with funding partners, affiliated stakeholders and the collective beneficiaries, Ms. Antus understands the formula for connecting results with relationships to achieve success and the constant path to improve and grow through rigorous analytics that demonstrate performance.

Just prior to coming to the RTN, Ms. Antus led and launched the marketing of the Branson, Mo. lifestyle destination, the Branson Landing.  Under her leadership, the $420 million mixed-use development attracted 4 million visitors in its inaugural season, increasing tourism and Branson city and county revenue.  In addition to the economic impact generated, Ms. Antus’ tourism work in Branson was recognized with a 2005 Telly Award for Branding Excellence.

Throughout her career, Ms. Antus has been recognized for her outstanding marketing initiatives with state awards from Ohio, Kentucky and Missouri, as well as with ADDY Awards for regional advertising in Cincinnati, Kansas City, New York and Branson. She has also received Cable Television Marketing Awards in Kansas City and New York City and Major League Baseball Marketing Awards.  In 2017, she was inducted into the American Marketing Association’s inaugural class of Cincinnati Marketing Legends for her groundbreaking and collaborative work in making Cincinnati a true regional travel destination and for her impressive career-long achievements in many other markets.

Ms. Antus has held a number of industry and community roles. She currently serves on the boards of Mt. St. Joseph University and ArtsWave and has held Board positions with Downtown Cincinnati Inc., the Cincinnati Communications Alliance, the Chamber’s Agenda 360 Arts & Cultural Partnership and holds memberships in the CincinnatiUSA Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Ohio Lodging  Association, the Kentucky Tourism Industry Association, International Events Group, American Women in Radio and Television and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

A native of Cincinnati, Ms. Antus began her career at Taft Broadcasting as Associate Producer of News and PM Magazine with Nick Clooney at WKRC-TV 12. She graduated from Mt. St. Joseph University with a BA in Business Administration and Theater Arts. She and her husband, Paul met at Madison Square Garden in New York City and they currently reside close to family in Miami Heights.
