Washington Park Workouts
6 and 7 p.m. Tuesdays & Wednesdays and 9 a.m. Saturdays, March-May
Work up a sweat in the fresh outdoors with Washington Park Workouts on the Civic Lawn. These FREE classes feature a variety of workout options - like barre and yoga - led by licensed, trained instructors - plus the iconic backdrop of Music Hall.
Yoga with Art at 21c Museum Hotel
9:30 a.m. Sundays (all year)
Bring your own mat and flex those creative muscles as you work through a variety of poses in one of the contemporary art galleries at 21c Museum Hotel. Sessions are just $5 at the door and are led by certified yoga teachers from Modo Yoga. Once you are fully stretched, check out all the amazing artwork in the venue's free galleries open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Zumba, Yoga and CrossFit at Summit Park

Stretch, dance and burn the calories away with FREE fitness classes held in Blue Ash's Summit Park. Classes include yoga, Zumba, CrossFit, Salsa dancing and H.I.I.T. workouts.
Salsa on the Square at Fountain Square
7 p.m. Thursdays, May-September
Burn calories while you burn up the dance floor on during Salsa on the Square! Show off your best Cha-Cha to the sounds of hot salsa bands, and learn tips from expert instructors who take to the dance floor to teach the basic steps. All this fun and cardio is FREE.
Rock Climbing at Climb Time of Blue Ash
Open daily, except for holidays
No experience is required to tackle the 7,000 square feet of climbing facilities at Climb Time of Blue Ash! The venue specializes in bouldering but offers a variety of top-rope climbing. Day passes are available for $10.
Running and Walking Paths
You can also check out the running and walking paths at any one of our numerous parks, the Ohio River Trail and Licking River Greenway and Trails; pedal away the pounds on the Loveland Bike Trail, find a more city-centric route at the Cincinnati Bike Center or jump on a Cincy Red Bike (multiple locations throughout Cincinnati) to explore town while burning calories.
