Not every breakfast diner is big on "healthy eating," but First Watch is an exception. The breakfast/brunch/lunch hotspot features fresh and made-from-scratch items on its menu, including traditional eggs, omelets, pancakes, crepes, French toast and skillet meals. Healthy choices include the Power Wrap (with tomato basil tortilla), the Healthy Turkey Omelette and the Tri-Athlete Omelette (with veggies and salsa). The chain also offers free newspapers and free WiFi for patrons. Those might make waking up early a little easier (that, and the Sunrise Select coffee).
