About

This neighborhood bar with a '70s vibe and a resident octopus was named after Traffic's 1971 song, 'The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys.' Orange high-back chairs, checkered tile, red leather padded walls and beveled mirrors create a '70s feel in the intimate space. The original tin ceilings have been painted gold, and a vinyl record player broadcasts eclectic tunes. An aquarium housing tropical fish sits in the center of the square bar. Drinks include specialty cocktails, wine and a dozen beers on tap.
