Sultan's Mediterranean Cuisine

Sultan's the former Encore Cafe offers Mediterranean food good enough to serve to a sultan in a palace. It opened in April and is owned by Mehmet Coskun and Mustafa Koylu, both of whom were most recently at Cafe Mediterranean in Anderson Town Center. Koylu is the chef, and he presents traditional Turkish dishes, including grape leaves, tabouli, carrot tarator and several kinds of kebabs. The menu also features chicken, lamb, beer, market-fresh seafood and vegetarian options.
