The Summit is part of the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State, so the cuisine is similar to the students who prepare it: fresh, creative, and innovative. Amazingly, the restaurant only employs two full-time employees, but don't worry - the quality of the cuisine is still excellent. Chef Matt Winterrowd loves to experiment with the flavoring and textures of familiar dishes, so be prepared for a unique dining experience. Reservations are recommended because of their limited hours.
