Backpacking Skills Series: Gee, Dang It! Kit

Emergencies happen. When they do, grab your “Gee, Dang It!” kit. In this class, you’ll learn how to pack everything that you need to deal with an emergency in a 32-ounce bottle. Fire, water, shelter and first aid will all be discussed. Participants will take home a “Gee, Dang It!” starter kit. For ages 12 and up. Great Parks is following protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Ohio Department of Health. Physical distancing and sanitation recommendations will be followed. Winton Woods/Winton Centre Auditorium ($20/person, register by 2/17)

A valid motor vehicle permit is required to enter the parks. Cost for a Hamilton County resident is $10 for an annual permit and $5 for a daily permit. For all others, $16 for an annual and $8 for a daily permit.
