With more than 30 years of tradition, this series continues to grow in popularity! Great Parks Winter Hike Series, presented by Roads Rivers and Trails, offers five hikes on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. in January and February.
Each hike ranges from 4 to 5.5 miles with the reward of a hot bowl of soup at the end. It is a fun experience to share with family and friends!
January 4, Winton Woods, chicken noodle soup
January 11, Sharon Woods, chicken and wild rice soup
January 18, Woodland Mound, vegetable beef barley soup
January 25, Shawnee Lookout, chili and crackers
February 1, Miami Whitewater Forest, bean soup with cornbread
