Founded in 2011 as the pet project of two local musicians Christopher Eanes and Manami White, Collegium Cincinnati has quickly garnered a reputation for the highest level of artistry. Beginning in 2014, the Collegium began presenting an annual Bach Festival, with city-wide performances involving numerous groups and performers. The group was founded as a non-profit in 2013, and became the in-residence ensemble at the beautiful Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Cincinnati in 2014.
