Duke Energy Convention Center is located in the heart of Cincinnati USA, within easy walking distance to major hotels, shopping and restaurants. Designed with the meeting planner in mind, the center offers increased flexibility, improved design and the latest in technological advances and amenities. The DECC has more than 750,000 total square feet including nearly 200,000 square feet of contiguous exhibition space, one of the Midwest's largest Grand Ballroom’s at nearly 40,000 square feet, and a 17,472 square foot junior ballroom. The center boasts 122,000 square feet of meeting space that can be subdivided into 31 soundproof meeting rooms.
During your visit, be sure to check out the many public art displays inside and outside of the building:
- Charley Harper's Spacewalk - two 15-by-30 foot abstract murals inspired by Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon. Located in Hall A.
- Winold Reiss industrial murals - nine 20-by-20 foot murals depicting local labors of the early 20th century. Located on the west-facing exterior wall of the DECC along Central Avenue.
- DECC worked with ArtWorks on several murals and projects located within the Convention Center.
